"Is there an updated number or email to get ahold of anyone? I’ve been trying to get in contact with management for well over a month now trying to renew my lease and no one answers any phones or emails. Poor communications. They’ll shut off your water for maintenance with no woarning. There’s no privacy with neighbors. The kids will run the street and destroy your things, they’ve even broken into other trailers. They do nothing for noise complains so don’t move here unless you like hearing what your neighbors are doing in their house at all times"

"Takes forever to get a hold of anyone. When we bought the trailer they said they had redone it before we moved in. We've had so many problems and you will never get anything done unless you call someone that no longer works there. We've had so many things leak from the sink/bath to water leaking inside the house whenever it rains. A person who works there even told us that they shouldn't have rented out our trailer for it wasn't ready to be lived in."

"This just shows why they got a 1-star rating on how unprofessional they are pictures that shows how they don't keep their property maintenance"

"Maybe if we lived in the mobile park we would have been given a greater service. I believe compassion and trust go a long ways. With that said I can disclose negativity. I can only pray our next adventure is better planned and cared for. I will say when the owner gets involved things do happen."
