"The new owners suck they don’t fix nothing. It stays trashy looking over here. I talk to so many people who have problems inside the apartment from bad leaks. When you call the office that chick who answers the phone is very smart mouth very unprofessional. it’s always messy and nasty around the dumpster area as well trash everywhere. The area I took pics of has been looking this way for weeks, Lord help when the weather is bad the management/ owners do nothing to the roads, sidewalks esp at bottom of the hill, at one time this was a wonderful place to live, but when the owners sold it under new ownership, it went down and it’s sad that you have people who own property, but never keep it up and could care less about their residents(esp elderly) these pathetic owners are only interested in lining their pockets."

"New management is awful. Moved out as fast as possible. Careless. Maintenance had to replace our dishwasher while we were on a trip, and we came home to a disaster. Fiberglass EVERYWHERE, filthy water everywhere and splattered all over cabninets/appliances, used OUR towels and ruined them, and much more!! Maintenance had to clean out the apartment next to ours, and they literally threw trash out the door and into the woods and left it all over. Then, they cleaned out another unit and just threw all the trash BY the dumpster instead of IN it! Little stuff, not furniture. For weeks trash blew around everyone's yard. There was a car fire, and they never came to clean it up. Glass, metal, ash everywhere. Maintenance was slow and didn't care. Got locked out in winter with 2 small kids, and they took 2 HOURS to get there. They left the street lights off for months on end in the winter. Don't care who they let in. Gunshots out our neighbors door over a conflict. There is so much more. Just madness. All the reviews from before 2021 are irrelevant now with complete new management. Old management was amazing."

"The grounds need to be maintained. They were remodeling an apartment and had debris left by parking lot, glass from window was not cleaned up when debris was finally removed. Dangerous for kids."

"Great place to live! Mimi and Tom always took care of us. Very nice people as well. If something needed fixed Tom was on it really quickly. Safe area to live. We never had any issues and would highly recommend living here to anyone!"

"This was by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The apartments are a decent size and well kept. Owners of the property are amazing by far the best! If it wasn’t for me buying a new house for my family we would have stayed. The area is nice and quite, very convenient to nearby stores and schools. I can’t thank them enough for the time i was there. You would be crazy to pass up this opportunity."
