"I can’t say enough good things about this practice. My husband and I often comment that we wish we could find providers for ourselves with the same care and qualities. I have seen many providers here between both locations. Dr Mellick is our main provider, but of course on short notice you can’t always see your provider based on your scheduling needs. They all have different personalities, true, but what they share in common is intelligence/experience/thinking outside of the box, compassion, taking our concerns seriously, and being swift with diagnosis and solutions. To say we have been shocked that we walk away after meeting a new provider and still feel that we had an amazing experience is an understatement. It’s just really hard to find! We are so grateful!"

"This and the Overland Park office are great. We've been going there for almost 17 years now with both kids. They've worked hard when we were in time crunches to fit us in, and they keep us safe from icky kid germs with their mask policy. We appreciate all they've done for our family."

"Before this past Friday, we’ve had nothing but amazing experiences here. We love Dr Carter and Dianne, and nurse Lori! Speaking of past Friday, we had an instance where a nurse injected my daughter with vaccines without my consent. (I’m not ann annti vaxer, we just wanted to schedule a different anpp due to my daughters temperament at the time.) After contacting the location manager, I got told that I was just an emotional, 20 year old young mother who overreacted. I was also denied access to the name of the nurse who did this because of social media reasons. It’s unfortunate we had this experience because as I said, we loved the place otherwise. Truly sad that the manager was unprofessional in handling this as well. Edit to add after owner response; Your nurse did give my daughter vaccines without consent. I withdrew my consent before she administered them due to my daughters temperament. Your staff ignored my concerns and called me a 20 year old immature mom."
