"Went to return something for store credit the manager would not return it , it was brand new. She had white blond hair, tatooes, etc. She was very rude and hostile, I showed her on the app when I bought it and she said it had to be 30 days, I have never had that anywhere else. Will not return, very negative, hostile and rude to customers."

"This place has went so downhill over the years. Maryann had been so wonderful, and whenever she left they had no manager and only two employees for months. The new manager, Elle, is rude, hostile, and completely unapproachable. I have seen her take her anger out on employees and treat customers with an attitude and hostility. How she got her position as manager is astonishing. This location has lost business from me and corporate should truly see about hiring management who can actually handle the position. They can't seem to keep employees at all. I live not that far from this location and purposefully drive 20 minutes away to the next closest location just because Elle is so hostile and uncomfortable to be around. Shame. Do better, Sally Beauty."

"Was in the Ballwin store Sunday Jan 29 shopping for hair care products and witnessed the manager (lite blue hair) treat a customer horribly. A new cashier was nicely ringing up a customer's order and she needed help entering a coupon that the customer presented. The manager immediately started arguing with the customer and accusing her of using the coupon already. The customer said that she hadn't used the coupon before and hadn't been in the store recently to even use the coupon. The manager just outright refused to honor the coupon and belligerently told the customer "too bad, call customer service if you don't like it." The customer left all her merchandise and walked out of the store with her friend/relative. As the customers left the store, the manager gave the obscene gesture of holding up both middle fingers, IN FRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS in the store, including me. I put my items down on the shelf and left the store immediately. The manager is beyond unhinged and not mentally fit to hold such a position. She is clearly trying to have this location closed based on how rude she is to customers, because no one is going to want to shop there."

"This place is horrible. The Store Manager with Blue hair, would not refund me cash on nails I purchased with cash and was told they would fit me. They didn't so I went back the next day asked for my refund. She did not have 8.50 cash in her drawer, wouldn't show me, wanted to give me a Sally gift card. She suggested that I look for another Sally's store to refund in cash. So I returned again today asking for my cash refund and she again refused. I ended up getting another pair of nails that I know would fit, she was accusing me of stealing, threatened to call the cops, I told her to go ahead, because I have an issue with not getting myoney back .She never did, because I exchanged for a different pair of nails. This store has lost my business, and I'm sure they will be closing soon, along with all the other Sally's stores."
