"The Ymca is a good place for the gym BUT if you have a membership the swimming pool should be available all hours this is absolutely ridiculous paying $60-$70 a month for a membership for ONLY the gym. Come on DO BETTER...even for day passes. This is ALL ATCHISON has to offer for children on the weekends unless they go skating. Gotta do better for the residents of Atchison and their families."
"My son and I feel welcomed the moment we walk in the door. We are always greeted with a smile and a personal "Hello." Kidzone is a wonderful environment for my son with genuinely caring supervising staff. I know I don't have to worry while I'm busy bettering myself through health and wellness activities. I know if I have questions a helpful employee is nearby with an answer. The facility is decked out with the newest equipment. Classes offered throughout the week fit into my schedule. As my son gets older he wants to be involved many of the youth activities the Y offers. A membership to the Atchison Family YMCA was the best thing we did in 2017 and a tradition that we are excited to continue!"
