"Well I went to dollar general in st.clair mo and got 2 tarps and the guy rang the 1st one up and then opened it up and then rang the 2nd one up no problem I paid and went to my car and call the store the GM talked to him and called me back and said he thought there was 2 in one and the bag was closed so when I called back I was told he was looking for the bars code and no he was not he knew where it was. I should not even give it a 1 for a Star I like some of the people there but because of this I will not go back to the one. 10 Paul Park Dr store number 03408. "This specific store is one of most busy establishments in the area. Consequently, it is rarely stocked properly as corporate evidently will not hire enough crew to work it. There are typically large rolling carts full of boxes of merchandise blocking the aisles. The crew is amazing and extremely helpful. I will drive a little bit farther down the road to go to the other store in St.Clair just because it's better maintained."
"Customer service today was pleasant even though they were quite busy. Snack aisles were picked over, but expected on a weekend. They just need more help. If they are checking customers out, they can't possibly be stocking the shelves. Not employees issue....corporate needs to help them to succeed!"
