"My appointment was at 10:30 on a Tuesday morning. I arrived a little early, and the waiting room was about 1/3rd full. Every employee I dealt with was friendly, and very helpful. I saw several people who performed a very thorough examination, then met with Dr. Barry who explained all of the test results and answered my questions. I was out the door by 11:30. I highly recommend Ophthalmology Associates for anyone."
"Poor, poor customer service. Staff doesn't answer phone calls, won't return calls no matter the request or severity of the situation. The doctors are good, but if you can't get answers to questions or information, what does that matter? Showed up for a scheduled appointment but was told upon arrival that the appointment had been cancelled. No such notification was made and no effort to see the doctor that day was made! We use public transportation, so this was quite an ordeal. Gatekeepers should be responsive to their clients/patients/customers!! There are many good opthalmologist in St Louis."
