"I like Dr Lifits. She is nice. But sadly I couldn't go in her office anymore, because the front desk ladies were rude and they liked talk bad or gossiping about patiens. They would be rude to patients who have unexpected insurance or don't have insurance. They rudely told me to find different OB feom different office It was 4 years ago since the last time I came in this office, they have 4.9 stars reviews. Now they only has 2.6 stars reviews. Most bad reviews are about how this office hired bad employees. Bad front desk ladies"

"The office staff is extremely rude, generally unhelpful, and usually unknowledgeable. This office is extremely unprofessional and it shows in the care they give as well as the way they conduct themselves. I’ve also heard employees gossiping about patients around the office. Dr. Dunbar has extremely poor judgment and does not care about your concerns or needs. I wouldn’t recommend unless your in perfect health with no concerns because those concerns will certainly be dismissed as nothing. She failed to follow up with me regarding some concerning test results I had. Once I realized I had some concerning results after viewing my records on MyMercy, I had to reach out to her for treatment. When I asked her nurse Nancy why I wasn’t treated at my last appointment, she said it must have ‘slipped the doctors mind because of other things going on.’ That was extremely concerning because had I not reviewed my records and reached out, I could have serious health problems. Then, I scheduled an appointment with the nurse and there was a miscommmunication in what was scheduled so I went in for an appointment I didn’t even need and Dr. Dunbar’s customer service during that appointment was trash. She was basically just like well that’s not what you were scheduled for and I’m no longer available so you’ll have to schedule another appointment and pay another copay for the appointment I should have been scheduled in the first place. This office is a joke. They schedule appointments for the wrong services, charge your copay, and then won’t refund the copay when it was brought to their attention that they scheduled the wrong appointment. So I took time off of work and paid a copay for services I didn’t even need nor want. After going through hoops with billing to try to get my copay back, I tried to get the appointment that they were supposed to schedule just for them to discontinue my care at a time where I have serious medical concerns and no PCP. In the end, I’m actually so thankful they did so because after all of this, I was able to get in right away at Mercy Obgyn in Ladue and the doctors and office staff are great. They addressed all of my concerns at my very first appointment and took care of everything right away. Now I am finally getting the care I should have been getting the past 2 years of being concerned about my health and dismissed by this entire office. If you want a doctor and an office that works with you and actually cares about you as a patient, I suggest going to the Ladue location instead!!"

"I love Dr. Dunbar! She is amazing, as is all of the office staff. I've been seeing her for about 6 years now, and I couldn't be happier. I delivered my LO while Dr. Dunbar was on vacation, but her colleague at Mercy Hospital St. Louis, Dr. Canas, was wonderful. During my hospital stay, I was checked on by Dr. Lifits, as well as Dr. Drnec, and I feel I got great care from them all. I felt I got great care during and after my pregnancy."

"Most unprofessional inconsiderate office. If you want you health care information private, avoid this office. After having verified my wife's insurance was activate the front desk secretary rep continued to question and tried to access her insurance information and caused my wife to go to the urgent care where guess what, the information they were given was good enough. Which was a good thing because her problem was potentially deadly. She could have simply signed a waiver and paid if the insurance did not cover the appt. But hey Mercy really doesn't care especially seeing that that covered up her original OB illegal acts which he did jail time for."
