"Easily one of the worst doctors/offices I've had the displeasure of interacting with. My partner is a (now former, thank God) patient and she is gets treated like dirt by the staff. Some of the worst bedside manner I've ever seen in a medical practice, particularly for a psych office. The office is nearly impossible to get a hold of or make appointments and when we do, my partner gets treated like an inconvenient checklist. No checking on her, asking how she's doing. It's very clear that Dr. Qasim and his staff do not care for the well-being of their patients. Save yourself the trouble and find a different psych."

"I have been a patient for 6 years and am NEVER able to get someone to answer the phone. The last 2 phone appts were with the nurse practitioner who doesn't want to take the time to know what is really going on in your life, but rush you off the phone thinking an increased dosage of meds are the answer. I have requested to speak to Dr. Qasim directly. I am still waiting after 32 days for a call back from him .Yes, I said 32 days which is why I have finally decided to leave this review and seek a new doctor. I have emailed the office, called several times, even drove 35 min to show up in person...When showing up in person (3 weeks ago) the EXTREMELY rude receptionist talked over me, was not even listening to my full request and just stated the doctor will call you. We choose to seek help from a psychiatrist for many reasons. In today's world, anxiety, depression and suicide are REAL. When you can't even get a call from the doctor after 32 days, don't they realize that's a cause for MORE stress and anxiety? Of course I give 0 stars, but in order to leave a review, they require you to give at lease 1. Please take my advice, I highly recommend not using this office. Choose a doctor that truly cares about your mental health versus making hundreds of dollars for a 5 minute phone call."

"Worst response time I've ever experienced. I've been trying to get a message about a refill from the doctor for FOUR DAYS now. I have went in (twice), left a message, and even spoke with a real person on the phone today (that never happens). Every day I have been told I'd get a call back and every day I have had to spend 30 minutes of my day driving to their office because they DONT PICK UP THEIR PHONES. In fact, I'm out of medication now. Have been for 4 days. They literally could not care less about your well-being. I'm surprised no one has taken legal action."

"My wife is currently a patient. The experience at the office dealing with staff, getting through to the dr, or relying on them to get back to you is consistently terrible. Currently, my wife is on day three of waiting for a call back. She has gone up to physically visit the office (since they do not answer or call back). Each visit they say they will leave a note and have the Dr. call, but alas. On top of how poorly the staff responds, get this - the office staff has a "rule" that if you call them and leave a duplicate message, you start over in line. How can you have a rule like this when you do not respond to calls timely in the first place? My wife is going on day 4 without meds and waiting on SOMEONE to flick their pen, pick up a phone, whatever. Also, mind you, it is 2023, and the staff just puts paper notes on dr. desks. No wonder they are completely unorganized and behind the times. As I write this review, my wife has found a new dr. She has to wait to get in, but it is worth it to go somewhere that cares more about your well being than this place. Oh, and read the other reviews; they echo this. Save yourself time - DO NOT GO HERE"
