"I read all these other negative reviews and figured it must all be resolved... nope! I call and within a couple rings, I get put on hold immediately and listening to music. After a few minutes, the person answers the phone and I could BARELY understand her. She was talking so fast and not welcoming. It was like I was bothering her. She had ZERO compassion for my reason in calling as a potential new patient. She then says they would mail me a packet within 2 weeks, then I fill out and send back. THEN, they would review and see if my child was a good fit for their practice. When I asked how long that took, she said it depended on how many were in front of us. Wow. Ok. I read Dr. French's bio and she seems amazing but the order in which this office conducts business is unlike anything I've seen or experienced. So just filling out the paperwork takes a month AND THEN we make the appointment? No thanks. I'll give my business elsewhere where I am valued."

"My daughters have come here since Dr. French was first studying/getting into holistic medicine/integrative medicines, so about 9 years. I absolutely love Dr. French and Amy for my girls. But the front office receptionist is the most unfriendly, unpleasant first point of contact I’ve ever experienced. I don’t think she realizes she works with FAMILIES and CHILDREN. She never smiles, NEVER greets us, NOTHING. I feel like she purposely let’s the phone ring endlessly. I worked for SSM as a front office associate and they did not play about quality customer care and GREETING PATIENTS so I don’t understand how she still has a job here. I know other families have mentioned the same things I have. It’s really sad."

"Our Children pediatrician is great!! Been coming here for a while however their new office staff ( who answers the phones) are terrible!!!! They’re really nonchalant when they answer, which takes almost 30-45mins just for them to answer!!! That’s unacceptable!!! Currently , looking for a new pediatrician! Because this office has gone down hill!! Get NEW STAFF THAT ACTUALLY WANTS TO BE THERE AND ARE WILLING TO DO THEIR JOB AND ANSWER THE PHONE!” Within a reasonable TIME FRAME!!!!"

"The doctors are great but I'm looking for another clinic for my children. The wait times are incredibly long, today I called the office and I'm getting a voice message saying the office is closed even though it's not over the lunch hour and my son has an appointment today. Another time I never received a call back from the nurse line even though it was a follow up from the ER. I'm not sure what's going on at this clinic but it's lacking in professionalism."
