Yet NONE of these people got anywhere near the understanding that Josh had after 5 minutes. Maybe a matter of training/professional trajectory, but still amazing to me. My body is stubborn, undoing the effect of decades of bad posture may be a lifetime job, but I do feel much better now, and — also very important — I understand why, giving me confidence in following the prescribed routines, as well as a more optimistic outlook.
