"I called them to make a payment and the clerk asked me to call back in 5 minutes, since he need to open the payment app and it takes time to upload. Called back in 7 minutes and no answer…Called back in 10 minutes and still no answer! I knew I was closed to the office after googling the biz, so, I drove there and to my surprise the place is located in an old building that looks abandoned! I looked thru the glass and all looks dirty and unorganized, nor clean! Lots of papers on the floor and the equipment that is use for checking our skin samples were dirty and unsanitary! The clerk is from China (was polite to me), and he is using his cellphone as part of his biz. He was outside uploading some old furniture to a truck, claiming people are dumping trash on the back of his building. I don’t think this place is the right place for a lab…unsafe! You need to zoom in in the pics to see how bad this place is! I really hope they get to improve it. I definitely will show those pics to my dermatologist and will request a different lab for the future."

"I have called 5 different days to make a payment. Usually there is no answer. Phone used to be answered as a personal number. Then the wife answered. What happened to customer service?! HORRIBLE! I don't think this is a real business, just an individual trying to be a business with no idea of what to do. Dr. McKee, please change your billing!"
