"NEGATIVE STARS. Absolutely do NOT recommend. We had a handful of properties that needed coverage. What started with a simple request to increase the deductible, turned into a four month ordeal of being lied to and sold empty promises of dedicated agents, stating thing we’re getting changed and updated when they weren’t, and ultimately, 11 properties being uninsured for several months even after multiple assurances that everything was covered and what was covered was severely underinsured. He didn’t do what he said he was going to do, and even complained about us on social media. Everything was very mismanaged. We asked multiple times if we had too much for him to handle or if it was too complicated, and each time, he said he was fine - we had no issue if we weren’t a good fit, but he could never acknowledge that. It would take months for requests to get completed. When we made arrangements to meet at the office one day to go over stuff, we showed up to an empty and locked office. Ultimately, whatever was going on to cause him to handle his business in this way, we gave too many allowances, and he took advantage of that."
