"Planned a family Hawaii trip for 10. Sybil gladly took my money 20K+ . Paid extra for a Lei greeting $330.+ No one said we had to go to somewhere in the airport to get these. When I got home I had a couple of extra charges on my credit card. So I called Sybil and ask her to check in this plus a refund for the Lei. Finally I called the rental car and Condo management and had both issues resolve in about 30 minutes. So now the issue of the refund. Sybil told me on the phone that if the vendor won't reimburse me she would. Well the trip was last June, after many emails. still no refund. Now I'm planning another family trip and will NOT use this travel agent again."
