Total Access Urgent Care

"The people here were perfectly nice. No complaints about the doctors or medical staff. If that were all I was reviewing they’d get 5 stars. But the sanitation at this location leaves a lot to be desired. As a medical facility you’d expect it to be clean and sterile. It’s far from that. The public restroom up front looked like it’s seen better days. The wall is ripped out under the sink and the floors/walls look like they are not cleaned often or well. What really got me though was the exam room they brought me to. The walls were filthy. Like blackened and dirty from not being cleaned for a prolonged period of time. The counter had gunk all over it. And what was more disturbing was the blood splatter on the cabinets next to me and the blood droplets all over the floor and door. Thank God I’ve had my vaccines cause I felt like I was going to catch something in there. Despite how friendly The medical staff was, I won’t be back. I’ll drive farther away to a facility that takes sanitation seriously. There’s no reason I should be subjected to someone else’s bio hazardous waste while I’m waiting for a doctor."

"I had signed up online for my visit at the Bridgeton TAUC. When I arrived the staff was very cordial and helpful. The assistants, nurses, and doctor showed genuine concern for my illness and I was very pleased with the doctor's bedside manner and the information he shared with me regarding my home COVID-19 test and the results from TAUC."

"One of the best urgent cares I've ever been to. They have a lot of testing options that others do not. I was treated with the utmost respect. Every person there, from the front desk all the way to the doctor was compassionate, caring, professional and just all around great! I highly recommend them! "Dr Cornish is the BEST Dr!! He was very compassionate, caring, & was truly concerned for my well-being. He was very attentive & thorough as he did his workup on not just my injuries, but also my entire health history. He has a wealth of knowledge & experience, all wrapped up in a warm & genuinely caring person. He even called me back a few days later to check up on me. "From the moment I walked in to Total Access Urgent Care in Bridgeton, everyone was so kind and took great care of me! They had a full House of patients and even a waiting list, but you would’ve never known how busy they were with how kind and attentive everyone was for my visit. Every staff member who I interacted with was super professional and polite. Dr. Troy Dowers gave me excellent care and his pleasant, humorous demeanor immediately relaxed me of my anxiety for a doctor visit. His explanations were thorough and very informative so I clearly understood everything regarding my situation. The x-ray technician and the other medical technicians were all absolutely delightful. This urgent care center is very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Thank you all."
