I have been treated by psychiatrists in the past that have spent a max of 15 minutes with me, write a RX and send me on my way. "Worst Psychiatrist ever! My depression was under control! He changed my antidepressant Total despair within a day! My first visit I told him I suffer from PTSD, he said childhood abuse. I said I've been abused my whole life! I informed I suffer from anxiety. Then he prescribed Gambapentin, he started saying I was manic! Nope never until that medication. His staff was untrained!"
"Dr Horn is by far the best doctor I've ever had!! He is such a caring individual and has always made me comfortable talking to him about life's problems. Under his care along with my primary care doctor, I have been given my life back. I've struggled with depression my whole life trying pill after pill. Dr Horn really knows his medicines. Other doctors don't take into consideration that I take other medications and how it will react with an antidepressant but he does. He would ask me how I was feeling and if necessary he would tweek the dosage accordingly. It was so great to finally find a mental health doctor that truly cares and spends the time listening for more than 10-15 minutes that the other doctors give you. I've referred friends and family members to him and they all agree that Dr Horn and his wonderful staff are the best out there!!"
