"Took me on as a client. I had an initial promising appointment. During our second video appointment he emotionally shut down after I told him my history. I was concerned with his behavior that day and already vulnerable from going into past trauma so I ended the appointment when he didn't speak again and just stared at me. Neither him or his office ever contacted me again. I already know the state of mental health care is abysmal in Missouri broadly, but this is especially bad."
