"My grandmother is 83 and bedbound we have been utilizing this service since 2016. In the beginning we had no issues however recently since they have underwent changes and shes under a new Dr we have alot of non returning of calls. Iv been calling to speak to some about concerns of my grandmother since 6/18 and was told the message would be given to the office manager.Either this didnt happen or entire office are unprofessional. This is nearly the end of July and have yet to recieve a callback. Good luck with this business but i wound NOT recommend."
