"Patient Beware! Called this office to inquire about setting up an appointment as I've never been to a PT. While talking to the receptionist over the phone, she messed up and told me the wrong thing. Her coworker proceeded to berate and chastise the lady, as I sat there on the phone and just listened. It made it clear that if this is how they treat their coworkers, they treat the patients no better. PT's are a dime a dozen, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere."
