"I really enjoyed the Mastermind course and I recommend it to other women who are looking to become more educated about hair in general. Even for those women who are suffering with alopecia, whether that is permanent or temporary this course definitely enlightened me and made me more aware.  During the course of these classes, I got a chance to connect with other women who have had similar issues as myself with their hair, and in turn we were able to bring our own personal issues and discuss with Precious Rutlin what we had been experiencing. Precious designed and presented thorough information of why some issues with our hair exist, and she provided different methods and techniques we can incorporate into our daily schedules to overcome or help with our current hair issues. What stood out to me most was learning about the science behind hair, and the genetic factors that can contribute to most hair issues. Learning about this made me understand the full cycle of hair and how to maintain my hair moving forward. What I also learned was how to take care of your body not only externally but internally as well because that can have a major effect on hair issues. We also discussed how the foods and liquids we consume can contribute to hair loss and/or thinning in certain areas of our head, and your environment can play a huge factor as well. Precious shared with us helpful tips to start using to make things better as we all try to regrow and make improvements with our hair. Precious and the other women in this course made me feel very comfortable and open, we discussed other issues women encounter. I felt this was good and fun to learn and share information. This class was definitely an eye opener and I was able to obtain so much useful information to start incorporating into my daily life. I walked away feeling very educated, and more knowledgable about my hair, also I'm more confident in taking charge and caring for my hair now. I look forward to giving Precious updates on my hair and joining any future courses she may have! Thank you."
