"I had been a long time customer of the previous agent located at this office. I always felt helped and was satisfied. When the current agent took over the office things began to decline rapidly. Our bill would increase regularly. Things were being added to our plan without our permission. When we would call to ask about it we would be told that they would look into it and call us back, but we would never receive a call back. We still have no explanation as to what happened. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this agent. To avoid this company altogether. There are so many other and so much better options available. Do yourself a favor and call one of them for some actual service."
