"WARNING DONT GO HERE FOR DIABETES!! Cruel is what I think of this office and doctor. I was hung up on by the receptionist and I was told I was arguing with the medical assistant because I wanted to speak with the doctor and not the medical assistant regarding abnormal results. I sent numerous messages to the doctor through the patient portal and called asking for Dr Maylack to call me and the doctor never returned my messages or phone call. The only communication I received was to make an appointment for a month away to discuss my results with the doctor and even though I was not feeling well they couldn’t get me in sooner. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone she doesn’t care about her patients from what I experienced. I am filing a complaint on Dr Maylack with the MO Board of Healing Arts. She has delayed diagnosis and treatment by not speaking to me regarding my results and has done nothing to help. My blood sugar was elevated and because she hasn’t communicated to me I could have uncontrolled diabetes which I will not know until I meet with my new doctor."

"Dr. Maylock has been my Dr for 4 years now. She used to be really compassionate, honest, and helpful. Within the past year things have gone down hill. I went to see her almost two weeks ago, and still she has not called about the test results, that did not come back normal this time. I can see it in my portal. I also tested positive for a C diff last year something extremely contagious and it took her 5 days to prescribe antibiotics. And i ended up in the hospital because of it. She doesn't call, her office staff just don't answer phones, or keep you on hold. They speak to you like they hate there job. Once I get my test results I will not see Dr. Maylock again. It's unethical what she's doing. If you want a Dr.that cares about patient quality care this is not the place."

"I've been going to Dr. Maylack for 3 years now. Office staff has changed and become increasingly disrespectful, 0 compassion or communication. They just want their money now."

"I chose Dr Maylack on recommendation, so I went to establish being a patient and get some help. Office staff were very friendly. Dr Maylack was also friendly. I was very disappointed in Dr Maylack after I explained to her how my anxiety was out of the roof at that moment, her come back was that she needed to get my records from prior doctor before she could prescribe anything. After a full week or so had gone by, no one called me, and when I reached out, I was told I needed to make an appointment with a psychiatrist. My anxiety rarely is a bothersome, but my question is why can’t a family practice doctor be able to prescribe something to help. I was in total tears in her office. I did not see a psychiatrist, and thankful I’m okay now. If you can’t get help from your doctor, then what’s the purpose of going?"
