"Dr. Vasudevan failed to inform me I had thyroid CANCER for over 3 years. I only found out when I made an appointment with a new endocrinologist, and they asked why I had not yet had the cancer removed. When I tried to retrieve my medical records, I was first refused them over the phone. I then called back three more times trying to access them. I finally came to the office and asked them due to them failing to inform me I had cancer. Vasudevan did not even come speak to me personally to apologize, I was told I should have reached out to the pathologist by the receptionist. Patients do not have immediate access to the pathologist nor is it patient responsibility."
