"MCRM is such a wonderful fertility practice! I was extremely nervous about moving forward with fertility procedures (no one truly wishes to go through them after all), but MCRM put me at ease from day one! From the warm and friendly receptionist to the nurses to the doctors, even the billing department, everyone has this true care and compassion about their patients and you don't feel like just a number. I worked with MCRM for over a year going through multiple fertility procedures and eventually becoming pregnant through IVF with my little embryo that could! I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with MCRM and would recommend them to anyone!"

"I did a IVF egg retrieval at the Missouri clinic. I live in Tulsa. I was able to get a hotel 2 minutes away. The facility is easy to fine. Suite 101 is right inside the door. I checked in with the receptionist and was taken back to the holding area quickly. The area is a curtain with a hospital recliner and a bench. My mom went with me and stayed in this "room" until I was done. Everyone was very nice and explained everything before I went back. They were also very through about my restrictions after. I did not have any nausea or pain after. I took one dose of ibuprofen for mild cramping but didn't need anything after that. Overall I liked this clinic they were very nice and professional."

"If you are struggling with infertility this is by far the best place you can be! Dr. Alexander is the best! She always had a plan and if something didn’t work she had another plan to try. You will get the best care from the staff also. They have nurse coordinators that are there to answer questions or help with anything at all hours. I would recommend this place to anyone. Put your trust in MCRM and you will not be disappointed."

"We had an amazing experience at MCRM. We were always treated with respect and compassion, from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. Our transfer with Dr Aubuchon was successful and we’re expecting in April. We plan to come back as soon as we can to do another transfer for baby #2. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We were always in and out for appointments and we always looked forward to seeing the staff. Jenn R, Alex, and Maggie were 3 who I had the most contact with and I still miss interacting with them! Jenn R could tell I was panicking going into my retrieval and she held my hand and stayed right by me. Alex has provided so much comfort to my anxious, worrying mind. Maggie was understanding and accommodating with my medical anxiety and my initial stress surrounding the ultrasounds and she was always in a great mood with a smile on her face. I highly recommend MCRM to anyone looking into fertility treatment."
