"Being a snowbird- went to appointment last year for cataracts and informed had to wait a yr and they scheduled me an appointment for this yr/June; St Charles location, they called prior to appointment and changed it to July…without mentioning they moved offices-I get to the office and find out they moved down the street, still in time for my appointment I get there the door is locked?? I called to find out they rescheduled me out in South County!!!! Now had to reschedule and can’t get me in to end August meaning surgery won’t be til next summer!! Had I went to my June or even July appointment this wouldn’t had been an issue- Ned Communication/unProfessional!!"

"Would Be 5 stars but trying to get them to answer the phone after the appt. with some questions i had, was IMPOSSIBLE....tried 4 different times. would get hung up on or no answer. or an answer then let me get you a nurse, then nothing! They replied telling me to call and ask for the manager here's the problem I can't get through to get to a manager and I shouldn't have to have a manager answer simple questions they should have been told to me before I left"
