"I have been going to Stretch U at least once and sometimes twice a week for the last couple of months. I live an active lifestyle and have always had daily exercise as part of my regimen. While in good shape for 62, the constant backaches that go along with getting older have persisted for me the last couple of years. I have tried chiropractors and massage therapists without much success. I came across the St. Peter’s location by chance and from my first stretch have been hooked. Stretch U utilizes partner stretches and muscle massage that make it far more effective for me than trying to stretch on my own.
