"Ever since she switched from psych care consultants to serenity health I haven't been able to contact her directly I have to talk to an exchange and I put in for my medication on the 10th of July and I need them to change it up because multiple pharmacys have told me the manufacturer of the medication I take doesn't have the MG I take available so every day I call and everyday they tell my someone from her office will contact me and noone ever does again everyday for weeks 21 days n"

"I was held against my willat center point hospital and bruised from head to toe. I only seen her once in the week I was there. The staff was horrible!! I went to the hospital and had a concussion. My family was downstairs for 3 days before they released me"

"Nothing but problems, do NOT waste your time. She cancels and reschedule almost every appointment I've ever had with her in the two years I've been seeing her, so I'll go six months before ever making contact. I've been waiting on a prior authorization for over three months, which has caused issues with getting my medication, which has caused almost caused a relapse several times. She is very heavy handed with medications and I'm sure she gets kick backs, a nurse that used to work there mentioned that to me. Never answers the phone, and when they finally do I'm told there's nothing they can do because they don't have staff... I've tried to be understanding, but three months and the prior authorization still isn't done? That's unacceptable. She's often closed on random days just because, with no warning, and recently it said she was closed down permanently and the main staff said she no longer practices with Centerpointe- well, a few days later they were calling me FROM CENTERPOINTE to reschedule the appointment she missed. I'm actually not even sure where she's located at the moment, as I've been told several different things. If she opens a new practice outside of Centerpointe, I'm sure it will be even worse, so don't bother. If you need suboxone resources, you're better off going through ARCA or online with QuickMD."

"Dr. Malik is a nice doctor that cares, however this review is about her terrible assistant Nicole. She should not even be allowed to have a job at this point She has lied to me and gotten extremely rude with me multiple times. I would stay far away for this reason alone!"
