"Very unprofessional. Wait weeks at a time for return phone calls. He was unable to do the procedure I was needing so referred me to someone else. Went there and got sent back to him. Now I'm getting referred to someone else. It took me going into the office and confronting the receptionist to get any answers, while he was hiding around the corner. I still have no answers and have had 5 biopsies done in the same spot. Stay away from this guy."

"This office apparently does not know how to answer the phone or return phone calls. Their message says they will return missed calls that were during business hours that same day and return all other missed call the next business day. I have left multiple messages during business hours and have yet to receive a call back."

"Dr Park is a nice man. But It is hard getting back in touch with anyone at the office. I had been waiting over a week to get back in to talk about an surgery. The receptionist was suppose to call me after I got my results from Dr park & I never heard back from anyone. So I called and called the office and always got the voice mail for over a week. Guess it is time to find another dr."
