The lab order did not provide clear instructions on the timing of the various blood draws so she called the LabCorp service center and then on another call spoke to the office that issued my test. This took some time but she went to the extra effort to make sure the test world be done correctly!"

"Not to happy showed up to get my blood drawn for a possible miscarriage. Didn’t know I had a bill since 2019 outstanding. Was just seen at lab corp back in 2022 for more labs due to a miscarriage. They took my blood at this location no problem at all. No mentions of a bill. Now all of a sudden after 4 years of being unaware of a bill at this location they now can’t take my blood because of a bill that wasn’t billed properly? Definitely would recommend making sure while you’re there you don’t have a bill or they will deny you care. The lady was nice just really frustrating that nothing was done properly and I was denied the care I needed over a bill that someone didn’t do their job on!"

"After going to the Mexico location for my scheduled appointment time, I witnessed such appalling behavior by a LabCorp employee to an elderly gentleman that I left and decided I would just go as a walk-in to the O'Fallon location. I was prepared to wait since I didn't have a scheduled appointment there, but I was seen within minutes. The lady at the front desk wasn't overly friendly, but she was kind and did her job well. Charity is the one who drew my blood and she was absolutely amazing. Kind, gentle, and got the job done quickly and efficiently."
