"I had an emergency with my tooth cracking in half with nerves exposed was in a lot of pain could not get anybody to call me back from the dentist side which I have been going to for years I was very happy with the way I was treated from the doctors and nurses that worked on me in the past but for two days trying to see if somebody would see me to pull out my tooth I have been treated so rudely by the desk nurses especially Susan who hung up on me. Yes I was frustrated and was trying to relay my frustration as she talked to me with a a condescending flippant can't be bothered we're all busy nastiness if I was her supervisor she would've been out of a job immediately as that is literally her job to schedule people even when they're busy this was a serious emergency and I never got a phone call back from the dentist side tried to tell her before she hung up on me, that I called many places in town and no one would take my insurance and she said I'm sure somebody would and hung up on me oh my gosh I'm so angry and will be looking for a different dentist obviously so my review is the dentist is great if you can get past the front desk!!"

"Nurse practitioner would not listen to me told me she only had 15 min and I had to many problems for her to deal with told me my problem was cigarettes and mt dew after that I got up and walked out she said if I left I wouldn't be allowed back but a few hours later I got a text my meds was ready to pick up mmmm y is a doc giving me meds if I'm not her patient any more"

"The psychiatrist, Georiga Jones, does not care about people. My friend was looking for a doctor in Washington because the previous one shut down. This person went and saw the nurse practioner, twice. She was absolutiely wonderful!! They already had an appointment with G. Jones next week. The friend was in the process of transferring paperwork to G. Jones office. Georgia Jones sent my friend a email stating "I have never seen you. Plus, we do not do paperwork as we are a rural health center. Recommend you return to your previous doctor or seek care elsewhere. " CALL 988 if your experiencing suicidal thoughts, just don't call Georgia Jones!!! She doesn't do paperwork!!"

"I have been to this dental clinic on numerous occasions and it is wonderful. Free or next to free. Really disappoints me to here negative nasty remarks about the staff. They have chosen to work in a clinic because they clearly care about those in need who struggle financially. To receive a free or next to free service and then complain is shameful. They could all go work somewhere else and turn their back on ungrateful broke people. I'm very thankful for all of you."

"These individuals should have never been allowed to work with children. I would advise to never send your child alone into the office or even sit in the waiting room without going with them. The whole time I was in the office they were trying to get me to do things I didn’t come in for and making inappropriate comments. I also had a nurse come in the middle of my appointment and tell me that I needed to apologize to her for lying to mom. When all I did was directly tell her what these nurses were saying to me and that it was an uncomfortable experience because they were trying to force me to get care I didn’t come in for or want/need. They were incredibly rude and I will NEVER be going back."
