"Dr. Prough is a FANTASTIC physician!!! I have been seeing him for years and VERY HIGHLY recommend him! He has an EXCELLENT bedside manner! He shows genuine concern for his patients and their overall health & happiness! He is VERY cautious about prescribing any medication! When a medication is necessary, he is ALWAYS very thorough in checking for any possible interactions and discussing potential side effects! We could only be so lucky to have more physicians like Dr Prough who are so caring, cautious, and thorough! I am grateful for all that he does! 4/19/23 Dr. Prough has taken the very best care of me now for several years! He is always very kind and has the best bed-side manner that I have ever had in a Psychiatrist! He truly cares! He is so exceptionally smart! He is careful to know and discuss any medications or med changes with me, making sure I watch out for med side effects and worsening symptoms of my disease! He is a great teacher who can explain the difficult medical lingo in very easy to understand wording. He truly cares for all his patients, but during my appointments I get the feeling that I am the only one he is focused on! He takes as much time as I need with him during my appointments! I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Prough!"

"Jennifer Brown has caused my son, only 19 at the time, with debilitating anxiety & ADD, to never want to open up to a Dr again. His Primary Dr was filling in meds for him, when his First & only Psych, left the practice. His primary filled in, till we found a new Psych. Hard for my son to do. She never listened to how he felt. Told him he just must be in wrong field for education. She hurt him, more then she helped him. He kept going as he has fear of change. During a surgery I had, my mother was helping with household. She went to fill scripts and run errands with my son. She had accidentally taken a paper script from the cabinet, thinking it too, needed filled. No problem, she did not know. At his next appt, we would let Jennifer Brown know, that we did not need that one filled that month, cuz of mishap. Plus we know she can see it too. Instead of waiting for appt, letting my son tell her, she just did not contact us and canceled BOTH our appts. Claimed he was Dr shopping. When indeed she knew from day 1, his primary had been filling in. It was a script from that same primary. The paper script, we never used previously, due to getting in to see her, before needing another refill. I should have shred it. Instead I forgot about it in the cabinet. For months. Because we had no intent to use it. This has severe impact on my sons already fragile state. I talked to those above her, of course they stuck together. My son has regressed back to his original state, only worsened. He is humiliated, feels abandoned, and fears going to a new provider. He has always been a good boy. She took his spark, and confidence he had finally started to build. He felt discriminated against for his race, age, and weight. Still does. Jennifer Brown, Dr Casey Prough & White Oaks, caused great trauma to my sons self esteem, and overall health. I highly recommend NOT using their practice, based on our experience."

"Dr.Prough is an excellent doctor,he was my doctor from the time I was 18 until I was 23. I suffer from Thought broadcasting and severe social anxiety brought on from the thought broadcasting that ive had since I was about 12,He put me on medications that help me make it tolerable,as we tried several diffrent medications and most of them didnt work or made it worse for me. The only problem Ive ever had was sometimes I felt rushed when I saw him but I do talk alot and hes not a therapists or counselor he's a psychiatrist."
