"Been here a lot with mostly great experiences. Last two times of 60-90 min massages my feet felt ignored. I thought I bought 60 min back 30 min feet. Also, my guys hands smelled like cig smoke which didn’t relax me during the face portion. Sorry. Wish they’d offered some kind of discount or coupon since I tip well and bring 3-4 people with me."

"We wanted a half hour foot massage and they told us it wasnt long enough, and pressured us into the more "custom full body" expensive one. We saw they weren't gonna sell us what we wanted so we caved because my feet really hurt. I said I still wanted a foot massage and that i didnt want my head touched. They touched my head anyways, my face and scalp.... and spent LESS than a minute on both of my feet. My boyfriend described his experience as "painful daggers stabbing me". He was never asked what he wanted them to focus on so the pain in his legs wasn't thoroughly addressed. I, however, said what i wanted and didnt get it. The pressure of my massage was rough but fine, except around the sensitive areas like the lower back and neck. The next day i am very sore, to the point where i cant even touch the skin in that area. They asked us how the massage was and we lied and said fine so we could get the hell out of there. We had been there twice before and the experience was fine so its baffling that there was so much disconnect. The name of the business literally says Foot Reflexology and im very disappointed i spent all that money for something i didnt want."
