"I had a procedure at this facility and while they took the time to make sure all the paperwork was done prior to my procedure, never once did anyone actually tell me how this was going to be billed. Once the bill came I was in shock! I was in constant communication with the business office desperately trying and trying to get it straightened out. All the while I was getting demand for payment letters. In the end I was told the only thing they could do was a lump sum payment with no payment plan! It is my belief that these unnecessary headaches are why so many people choose not to take care of their health. It should not be this hard to responsibly take care of myself!"
"The Mafia of Health care! I had 1 surgery and paid $2000 with half on a payment plan! Unfortunately I had to have a 2nd surgery 2 weeks later. Well, they wanted another $1750 upfront before the 2nd surgery. I had a payment plan set and the rest on a payment up with me paying $750 plan. I was turned down by the administration and they wanted it all before the 2nd surgery! Well the absolute worst experience in my life! Don't go to this uncaring money hungry surgical center! Blood $$ and my insurance paid them thousands! Absolutely disgusting!"
"My 1 year old had tubes placed and we were so incredibly impressed by each and every staff member we encountered. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left I felt taken care of and that my baby was in good hands. Terri, Victoria, Linda, Jaime, Trish N, and Lanie were all incredible. We were obviously nervous first time parents sending our daughter back for surgery and they all took the time to explain and put us at ease. I have no doubt we were in the right place."
