Rushed me through, didn't ask questions, wasn't until after the appointment I realized what she thought was happening was different from what is happening because she was going so fast. She diagnosed me with "razor burn" on my chin even though I haven't shaved my chin in months other than for the appointment so they could see my skin."

"Great experience with PA- Lindsay . Very friendly and professional and answered all my questions and treated me with care and compassion. This review would be a 5 star if FRONT DESK was more friendly and welcoming As a new client wasn’t really greeted well and everyone was eyes down on computers with little to no eye contact, even when checking me in. I realize they are busy but no one was smiling and it felt like I was bothering them when checking in. They also acted irritated when asked to pay my copay I asked if she could hold off and wait as I was going to have a few procedures done and wanted to take advantage of the special financing promo I was going to use. I offered to place my card on file , she declined and did let me wait but she was obviously irritated which as a new client made me wonder how the rest of the appointment was going to go. The person who checked me out was friendlier but the overall experience seemed cold. Just that little bit of change would make clients so much more comfortable from the start."

"Brenda Lane was very thorough in the examination process. My followup appointment was easily made. As this was the first visit to a dermatologist I was unsure of what the procedure would entail. She and her nurse were very efficient in making me comfortable through the entire appointment. Would highly recommend this office to anyone needing cancer screening exam."

"I called and was very easily and quickly on their schedule. I wanted to try to get in before the end of the year and they were able to accommodate and fit me in which was incredible. Check in was quick and easy. I only had to wait a couple minutes before I was brought back. The facility is very nice, bright and clean. Dr KU was very helpful to answer all my questions to alleviate some stress I had about some areas. Thankfully it turns out it's nothing to worry about!"
