"DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my mother here for a sleep study because this is where her pulmonologist referred her to. I honestly did not really feel comfortable leaving her there. It was in the middle of July and the air conditioning in her room was not working. The tech told us that he'd been telling his boss that the air wasn't working but they hadn't done anything about it. My mother asked for a drink of water and the tech brought her warm tap water. He said they have a water cooler but the bottle needed replaced and they didn't have any more. In the morning, after removing all of the electrodes, she asked him for a washcloth to wipe away some of the adhesive, but all he had to offer was a wet paper towel. My mother said the tech was telling her all about how he wants to get a girlfriend but he's having a hard time because of the hours he works---totally unprofessional. We mentioned this to the referring physician and he said he had been told similar stories from many other patients, and he would no longer refer patients to this provider. The report received was so poor that she had to go somewhere else for a 2nd sleep study."
"After doing a home sleep study, I got a CPAP machine from ExcelHealth, with a SD card instead of a mobile remote connection. After a month using it and bringing the card back at first follow up visit, I was recommended by Dr. E to get another sleep study, this one at her clinic. I told her I do not do well with strange beds (aka hotels) and that would be difficult to get accurate readings, but under pressuring me to make the appt, I cancelled it several days later. Months pass and she has been billing my insurance monthly, all without my permission or knowledge. I changed insurances, as now, I am getting past due notices. In response, I have left two messages with the office staff; all without a callback."
