"I really want to like this facility but I've had a few too many issues with their orthopedic department. The receptionists and nurses are very helpful and kind, however my overall experience has been poor. I seriously injured my knee 2 months ago and just recently found a resolution (with a different provider). My main complaint here is that they "forgot" to send in my MRI referral. I had to call several times to figure out what happened to my referral, and once it was finally sent, they mixed up my insurance information and had to start the process all over again. Secondly, at my follow-up appointment post-MRI, the nurse practitioner who was meant to see me openly admitted that she had not reviewed my case at all before the appointment. She only had MRI results for me and very little information on how to proceed. Mind you, this simple appointment took over 2 hours, only for me to speak with this nurse for about 10 minutes. It felt like pulling teeth to get them to understand how much pain I've been in and to hear what I had to say. The overall sense of urgency here is highly lacking and frustrating. I ended up seeking out a second opinion elsewhere and was finally met with results and a solution within 1 week. Side note: Each exam room has a poster stating you'll receive an email post-visit to leave feedback. I never received this email after any of my appointments. I also tried to reach out to someone to voice my concerns, and never received a reply. I hate to leave this review here, but it seems to be my only option."

"Everyone there is absolutely darling! Each person was kind and interested in visiting. The best doctor there IS DR BRIAN KEN the pain doc. I have been hunting for a resolution for my chronic pain. He was exceptional and took the time to get to understand my pain. He was so knowledgeable and thoughtful. He didn’t act rushed or annoyed. I was treated with old fashioned care, love and concern. I wish there was a fog horn that I could scream his name from!"

"This practice has been a life changer for me. I had severe debilitating muscle spasms for almost a year and saw half a dozen doctors (including specialists) and no one had any idea what it was. Every treatment was trial and error and I didn't feel heard by any of them. Dr. Nguyen listened to me and figured out very quickly what was wrong. She explained everything to me in a way I could understand and I finally got relief from my pain. It's an ongoing effort to keep the condition managed, but Dr. Nguyen is so encouraging and she really listens and understands what I want and need in terms of treatment. The front desk staff are also lovely. Even when it's crazy busy and they have a ton of people to check in, they're always friendly and make an effort to help everyone the best they can."

"Vanessa is great. She is very detail oriented and patient. I was so glad that she listened to everything I had to say and was respectful of my choices too. She helped me heal over time and it’s always good to her. I highly recommend her. The nurses and staff at the center are very helpful and kind too."
