"Very negative experience! I see the doctor (younger male) and tell him my problem. He then discusses removing my toe nail and we agree to have it permanently removed. They numb my toe and wait and when he returns, asks if I can feel anything. I say yes and he said "hmmm" and waits a minute before ripping off my toe nail. I am crying from the pain hurting so bad and he just keeps doing it while the nurses stare at me. They bandage me and had so little consideration for my feelings. Then months later, I get a bill from a debt collector with no attempts for any payments beforehand. I thought my insurance covered my cost after deductible. Apparently not. Horrible experience! Will never, ever return for as long as I live. Update: I left a message for the office and got a call back. The lady I spoke with was belligerent and rude, defending herself and the doctor that brought me to tears with their lack of compassion and care about me. She complained about my one star review and told me I should think before I leave a bad review for a business online. We discovered that the address on my file was wrong and she said that they will never call the number on my file but instead resend a notice to the address on file until the third and final notice. How does that help me fix the problem or become aware of an additional bill? Unbelievable. Also, how did the debt collector have the right address if they didn't? Curious. I will never, ever return to this business and I highly advise you take your podiatry needs elsewhere as well."
