"I had great experiences with this office in the beginning. More recently, it has been a much different experience. I switched insurance and had not been back there since. When I checked in, I was not asked if my insurance had changed or if it was the same. I had not been there in 9 months. When they scheduled my testing, they asked for my updated insurance and realized that they didn't accept it. At that point, the nurse called me and told me she would be cancelling my testing, they were dropping me as a patient and they would be sending me a bill to pay out of pocket for my visit. I was then contacted the next day by the person who sits at the front desk. She let me know that I had an outstanding balance from January that was just processed in August and asked me if she could collect payment. I let her know that I had received a call yesterday that they didn't take my insurance and I would be receiving a bill. I let her know that I would pay then. She then interrupted me to let me know that she remembers that call and they have never accepted that insurance and it's my responsibility to tell them and I didn't. I then tried to explain that I wasn't trying to argue and she interrupted me again. I said "You are being kind of rude right now and she said "No, I'm not". There was no apology and no kindness. Meanwhile, I am in excruciating pain, stuck at home and trying to get a new order for testing. This is not how patients should be treated, whether you plan to work with them again or not. Very disappointed in the way I was treated."

Not that I want to go back for more back issues but if I have to, Body Guitar is where I will go."
