"This is not an Urgent Care facility! We waited for 45 mins for the doctor to tell us she don't look in ears. They wouldn't even look at my son's ear. Urgent Care Scam!!"

"Bad service kills businesses I Called at 440pm, 20 minutes before it said they closed, which is 5, to get some information on the services they offered. The foreign lady with the thick accent said we close now. so I asked well what time is that? so you close at 4:40? She sd said we closing now. Click! And she hung up! With that type of service and it's 20 minutes before it closed, they would never ever get my service. She could have said we are closing in 20 minutes but we're open at such and such time I would have said okay fine. But the point that she was so rude and condescending and quickly hung up in my face, I don't see how they still open. I would not recommend going there. If they act like this just answering the phone just think what kind of service you'll get in person! If you're dying, just die on the street. don't even go in. Cuz the way they talking they'll probably kill you anyways."

"I was sure we had called the right urgent care on meadowlark lane.. apparently not. But the way the woman addressed me and my mother as we were trying to even come up to the door as I could barely walk. She had a HORRIBLE attitude and kept telling us that we could gladly come back at 1 when the doctor gets in... but they close at 5? We were there at 10am. Most rude service I've ever encountered. Would definitely never go there again"
