"I was in therapy for 5 months for my knee and shoulder, mostly with Anthony, but also with Karley and Marie. They were all great, always kept my comfort in mind and made sure I was never in pain. Melissa, Anthony, Karley, and Marie were very nice and it felt like we were all friends, I actually looked forward to going to therapy. I joked I would just keep coming for no reason, just to keep hanging out with them. They are great people, and I really enjoyed them."

"Just completed my therapy at the SERC location in Spring Hill with Karley. My neck went from hurting so badly due to arthritis setting in from a surgery I had over 20 years ago & unable to turn my head very far to feeling so much better! I’m now able to turn my head further than I have in years. Karley helped me so much and taught me exercises to do to help me at home. Everyone was so nice. I didn’t want to be done as I just wanted to keep going back since it truly was a welcoming and helpful place. Everyone there was so nice and encouraging. "My experience with physical therapy has been a difficult and painful experience. With that said, I had to go through the difficulties and hard work so I could get active and physically healthy again. Karley worked hard to help me regain strength and range of motion. It physically, wasn't a pleasant experience, but working with Karley was fantastic. She celebrated each of my successes like they were her own. I was frequently frustrated but she remained positive and supportive. The entire staff is wonderful. Anthony had to step in and work with me on occasion. but the transition and care was seamless. The entire staff is wonderful and friendly. I was always greeted with smiles and "hellos"."
