"Crosswinds is the worst. Their counselors do not care about you and when covid started they went to doing sessions via zoom. Well because we were no longer meeting face to face I stopped paying after each apt. Crosswinds sent me a bill a YEAR later and it’s a $1000! And when I pay on it each month they’ll send a bill the next month that even HIGHER than the last even though I stopped attending sessions. I DO NOT recommend crosswinds. Just do yourself a favor and go through someone else. All they care about is the money."
