"I was going to the steam room here occasionally as part of my wellness routine. The experience was incredible and very healing. However, they recently changed their policy to require a service to use the steam room. As a local, I already have my chosen body workers and estheticians, so I’m not interested in their services. I wish they had instead just raised the price of a steam. I would gladly pay three times as much as I was paying."

"I have been given a gift certificate to this spa from my husband every year as gifts. I finally signed up for the membership plan so I can come back a lot more! Robert is my favorite massage therapist, and Ashley gives the best pedicures! When you sign up for the membership, you can use their sauna, exercise room, and pool in addition to discounts for spa treatments. They are all amazing there, you've got to come spoil yourself!"

"The two times I have been to Spa Botanica have ended in complete frustration. The first time I went was when I had been gifted a gift certificate by a family member. Had my massage and when I left to pay, they informed me my gift certificate had already been used. Even though I have never step foot in the building before. I asked to speak to a manager. No manager on the premise. Told I could sit and wait so I did. After 20 min, the receptionist told me that it looked like the manager would not be in and she would just not make me pay. I left so frustrated and worked up that the relaxing massage was pointless. Today, I decided to give them another chance. Booked a facial for 11 am. As I am checked in and waiting to be called back, at 10:58 am they inform me that my therapist had an emergency and left. Asked if I could come back at 1:30. I told them I had to pick my daughter up from school and could not do that. They just said sorry and I got dressed and left. They did not offer to rebook me for another day. Just waved goodbye at me. Completely unorganized and a staff that does not know basic customer service. Will not be back."

"I love getting massages here and all the massage therapist have been great! However the front desk has horrible customer service. Never fails. Really takes away the luxury feeling of the hotel and what their expectations are. Very rude and not welcoming. They are very unorganized and hard to get ahold of if you ever want to schedule good luck. And if you do schedule and need to reschedule they won't answer their phone but will charge you even after calling 8 times. You will be met with an attitude from the manager and have her gaslight you saying you have an attitude when you are trying to explain why you need to reschedule and the frustration of trying to contact them. As she continued to yell at me, interrupting and being extremely disrespectful. I was never able to fully explain why I needed to reschedule after being interrupted many times. Not only did I pay in full for my massage that I never got but I also never got a chance to reschedule due to the managers disrespect. She was more concerned about telling me how to communicate better rather than help solve the situation I had called 8 times about. She also said if I had called 8 times she would of wrote it on her notepad...(sounds very professional) I will not be returning as this is a recurring issues with the front desk and management. This is supposed to be for relaxation but with staffing they have, it's nothing but stress and a headache."

"Nice spa to relax after a long day. The changing rooms have lockers, bathrooms, showers and suana. Plenty of towels and shampoo/conditioner is always full. The towels and robes are very nice and readily available. The lounge area is a nice place to relax before and after a massage. They have a few drinks and snacks available. The massage rooms are quiet and warm and they hire some of the best masseuse."
