"Very bad experience from every staff, top to bottom. No one has any care or concern about you, as a patient. It is just a business for them. The staff, especially the billing side are very rude, don’t even listen to your concerns and over talk on you all the time. I asked for a Supervisor or a Manager to call me back, and they don’t even care to do that for the last two weeks. Just keep on giving you stupid excuses. The duty doctor, Dr. Andrew Wright did my lithotripsy procedure and did not even break the stone properly at all. It is still in my system and bothering me. The doctor never cared to come to my bedside or even said anything about the procedure or anything. I am dealing with thousands of dollars bill now from different providers for this procedure. What is that I am paying for, if they don’t know how to do their job well. This is just a business minded entity and a big scam. I have been seeing Dr.Andrew Morris for the last 3 years. He does not even care what you have to say, and my appointment with him are usually just 1 min long. I take day off from my work to see him normally. I was waiting to be checked out and his next patient is already there for their checkout. I called and requested to talk to their Business Manager regarding these concerns. They wouldn’t even remove your credit card from their system, even if you request it. You cannot reach them at any time and they never call you back or leave messages. I have been trying to get in touch with their business manager for more than two weeks now. Stay away from this stupid organization. I am done with them."
