Every staff member showed immense compassion and understanding, taking the time to explain the process to us, answering all our questions, and never rushing us through our final moments with our cat. They created a peaceful and respectful environment for us to say our goodbyes, making sure our cat was comfortable and at peace in his final moments. It's clear that they don't just see what they do as a job but as a calling to help animals and their families through the hardest times. Their support and care during such a heartbreaking moment meant the world to us. We can't thank them enough for their patience, empathy, and for treating our cat with the dignity he deserved.
