"I have been deeply touched by my experience with BiBi Health and the life-changing treatment options they offer. It's understandable to have doubts at first, especially when it comes to complex science and psychiatric treatments. But it's been truly a blessing to have found a treatment option that works this well. To be perfectly honest. I can easily say it is worth every penny and every minute of your time. It's truly remarkable to have experienced such a dramatic improvement in my mental health, despite the complexity of my situation. I'm so glad that I finally found a way to lessen or avoid unnecessary medication and that BiBi Health was able to give me so much of my life back. I am sharing my experience about this place because I want to encourage others who may be struggling with depression to take action. It's so important to seek help when we need it, and it's clear that BiBi Health is a compassionate and trustworthy resource for those who need it. It has been very difficult having to battle lifelong depression, and I'm so glad that I am now in a much more balanced place, feeling positive and hopeful about the future for the first time in a long time. So glad I called them. My service dog and I are looking forward to new adventures and a brighter tomorrow for sure! And yes, my medications refills are always taken care of promtly (even when I make the mistake of not calling for a refill soon enough because do have short term memory issues and will sometimes call the day I run out) but I know they will always do their best to get them called in asap. Appointments are also easy to make and call back are always within 24 hours M-F. Dr. Bains is a very qualified & professional doctor who trys to help. The staff here are also outstanding, especially for all they do! Thus far I have had more 20+ appointments and all have been great expeirences."

"I have been multiple times over the last few weeks. Everyone has been polite and easy to deal with. Someone is always at the desk to answer phones and all emails have been replied to. They send updates via email and text to remind you of appointments."

"MONEY HUNGRY!!!! Bains wants to see you every two months (I’ve seen him do this with all patients) and he doesn't make any changes. They just want your money. Bains could care less about you. He doesn’t even answer part of your questions."

"After reviewing all reviews posted I’ve decided to tell my PCP not to refer me here. They have narcissistic responses to every person that calls them out and threatens them with legal action. I want a provider I can trust, that answer their phone calls, refills meds in a timely manner, and genuinely cares about mental health. You can see from reviews they don’t care for any of that. Thanks to everyone that posted reviews so I could make an educated decision on using them as a provider."

"Had an initial appointment where they learn about you as a patient. I scheduled the second appointment and he forgot all about seeing me the first time and started asking me all the same questions again. Then, they send me a bill two years after my appointment wanting me to pay for my follow up appointment. They said they would dismiss the charges, but here I am trying to call their office again. STAY AWAY! Edit to response: Nice response BiBi health. Is Google social media? Is sharing my experience defined as intimidating and manipulating? I guess it does to you. The problem with your statement is "using the services". I didn't get any service. You completely forgot who I was and I walked out. I am sure this is embarrassing for you but thank for showing everyone that is reading this your true colors :). I will make sure to screen shot this as I am sure you will pull it down once you realize how unprofessional your response is. Again people, stay away."
