"Took a friend to support her when her dog was put to sleep. A terrible thing to have to do. They were quick to put us in a room. However, after that they dragged out how long we were there. They hit a nerve on the poor dog with the sedation shot. Poor baby screamed, not once but twice. All said we were there more than an hour. They seemed compassionate, had an outside door, so we did not have to walk thru lobby on way out. NEVER would recommend this vet, sorry!"

"We took our car Jinx in, she hadn't been eating or drinking and had become very lethargic, the staff were very friendly, compassionate and caring with her and took good care of her. We very much recommend the clinic for your pets needs. We called numerous clinics and they all were telling us they were a week or two out, OVC was able to get us in the same day and get Jinx looked at, Thank you so much!"

"Their appointment schedule was full for the next couple of weeks. So this morning I got up early and arrived when they opened at 8 AM. I was put on the “walk-in list“. To my surprise they called me back at 8:20. My dog got her checkup, booster shots, and her nails trimmed. We were back on the road by 9:15. Staff was all fun, pleasant, and professional. A very enjoyable visit to the vet today with my dog."

"I took two sick kittens here because they were the only vet available in my area to take in emergencies at the time. The results were not happy ones, but I don't fault the vet at all. In fact, despite the tragic circumstances, I found myself leaving extremely happy with my experience! The staff and techs are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The doctors are no-nonsense, and they told me like it is. They did everything they could to save the sweet little kitties, and they communicated with me every step of the way. Today, I brought in two healthy kittens for their first checkup, and it went just as smoothly. I could tell that the doctor was overjoyed to be able to finally give me good news. The kittens were comfortable with everybody they came into contact with, one didn't even stop purring during her shots! Highly recommend, I'm overjoyed to have finally found a vet that humans and animals can trust!"
