"front desk ladies are always super rude and disrespectful especially to my mother. i sit in the waiting room and watch how they talk to other people and it’s never as bad. i feel like it is slightly racially motivated or at least that’s how it sounds. my mother is a smart woman she just has an accent and they talk to her like she is stupid. super weird to me. i don’t see them talk like that to other white women. the lady sitting at the right desk on the right side when you walk in is always like that without fail. makes me not want to come back! it’s literally your job to help people and make them feel comfortable and if you can’t do that don’t have a receptionist job!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Front desk receptionists were very rude and short. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn't go back even if I was dying. Mercy LOL more like Unmercifully. Go to another clinic NOT THIS ONE!"

"I've had to use this walk in clinic on 2 separate occasions. Both times were quick and easy, the receptionists were friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. Our first visit was for a COVID test on my young daughter. Both the nurse and nurse practitioner helped ease her anxiety and made the process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend this walk in clinic as a great option in the Ozark area!"

"I had a new patient appointment with Jeanne James in the Ozark Mercy Clinic today 3/2/22 @ 3:15pm. I arrived at 2:45pm as requested for registration. I handed my insurance card and driver’s license to the receptionist after waiting my turn. I was wearing a double layered mask. The woman behind the desk stated that I must wear their double protected mask under my mask. I told her that I already had a double layered mask on. She said I have to wear their mask and I said no. She said I had to, even though she was waving this mask in her dirty hands. I stated fine, then I’m leaving and she said, ok. I called to speak to the office manager and I’m still waiting for a call back."
