"I had an appointment for a month. They waited until I got there on Saturday morning to tell me my insurance was inactive and did I "have another one to bill". If they had bothered to tell me at ANY point during that month that they had encountered a problem, there wouldn't have been a problem. It was immediately resolved with my HR department on Monday but now I'm stuck waiting for an appointment again. To make matters worse, the person who took my info on site seemed to be bothered that she had to check me in at all."
