"PLEASE make it easier to know where we need to call!! Everytime I have to talk to somebody I get told oh it's this number now or they don't even know how to transfer me to the right department. Jesus christ. Waste of my time"
"The nurse or whoever it was who called me was downright rude and nasty. Said she is fully aware that I need my meds and proceeded to say it doesn’t mean I will get them that it’s up to them if they choose to write the script or not. Guess what? Day 3. Still no resolution or call back. I got pushed under the rug. The attitude was as if I was a bother for needing my medications. I would give zero stars if I could. Don’t work in this field if you don’t want to do YOUR JOB. Wish I would have gotten her name to file a complaint on her."
"I could not be more grateful to the CSTAR team! I truly believe that they helped save my son from the dark path he was on. He was admitted into the inpatient treatment program so we got to experience all of what CSTAR offers. I would personally like to give a shout out to Jordan, Chris, James, and Angie. Thank you for all that you do and this career you have chosen. It is not easy but hopefully rewarding to see the change in these young adults/kids. You all are very much appreciated :)"
"My son has been going to therapy here for two weeks, and it has been an amazingly positive experience. His counselors have connected with him through their own struggles, and he is thriving under their treatment. I cannot recommend these therapists and this facility enough!"
"In my first ever appointment with my psychiatrist, she asked why I thought I was depressed, and I explained all my symptoms, and that I had been through a lot of bad things that still effected me. I then told her about my abortion. She LITERALLY said, "I bet you regret that now, don't you?" Yeeep. So I, being too nice and unsure of myself, kept seeing her for two more years to worsening anxiety. I began to feel truly better, and noticed whenever I would see her my anxiety would skyrocket. So I stopped going, and have been doing really well on my own. It is so important to be picky with who you let try to help heal you!! But if you need help please see someone, anyone! Please don't give up!!"
