"This office does not return phone calls. Turns out I had an infection that I was prescribed high dose antibiotics for and NO ONE called me about it. My symptoms started getting worse and I had to call the 24 hour nurse line. I pay wayyyyy too much money for my healthcare not to even get a call returned. Unacceptable !"

"Called and they got me in the next day. They're awesome people. Very kind and caring. Would recommend to anyone. Now it's been a week since my surgery. Bee trying for 5 days because they called me. I can't get anyone to answer or return my calls. I still don't have my results"

"They don't care about there patients, they pick up the phone when they feel like it. Took a month to get an appointment, they also don't return phone calls or voice-mail. Had ct done, it's been a week and they won't give me results. The girl who picked up the phone showed little interest. Don't waste your time here very unprofessional."

"Very difficult to get into, went to emergency they referred me to Dr Richardson, couldn't get an appointment for 3 weeks. Once I did get an appointment and an initial course of treatment, had to yell at them to get any information or followup. They do not return phone calls, they do not respond to their Own MyMercy system which they encourage you to use. Once you do get into see them the follow up is abysmal. They are the only urologists affiliated with the Mercy system so I guess they don't have provide any customer service."

"I’ve tried twice to make an appointment with this clinic after getting a referral from my Mercy Network Doctor. Every time you call, after listening to lengthy messages and navigating the “for this, press #” nonsense, a woman answers with “Mercy Urology, can you hold a minute”. After 3-6 minutes on hold, I explained I needed an appointment in a 9 day window (which was 2 1/2 weeks away) because I was off work then and it is very difficult to take off work. I was informed the only time that could be offered was two weeks after that on a day I was working. ...I don’t suppose they’ll give me a discount to cover the loss in pay, huh? Good thing it isn’t a serious matter having to wait 5 weeks for an appointment"
